STEP 1 - Base Color
* Select the number and color of candles for your celebration. Choose the finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base accented with Leopard Print ribbon around the edges. Included are Black, Brown and Leopard Foils, 3 Jungle Animals, 3 Pheasant Feathers, an 8" Tiki and a 12" Palm Tree.

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
