STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors
Choose the glitter finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base. Your choice of Star color will complete the selections for the base. Kit also includes a silver Race Car and 2 checkered flags.
Select 14 candle holders or 16 holders for $1.00 extra (candles not included).

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
