A 6" diameter Styrofoam™ base is wrapped with your choice of Metallic Foil or Neon Sheet combinations. Printed Cellophanes are available for the 3rd color choice. They are transparent and allow the 2nd color to show through. Anything on a stem or pick may be inserted into your base.
