STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors
*Select the number and color of candles for your celebration. Choose the finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base accented with mardi gras theme ribbon around the edges. Adding 2 Feather masks, 3 strands of beads and purple, green and gold foils will finish the design.

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
