* Select the number and color of the candles for the celebration. Choose the finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base accented with Star Ribbon around the edges. A Two Karate Figures and 2 Stars decorate the board.

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
