STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors *Choose your colors for the top of the 2-tiered rectangular base that features a Black & Silver Graduation Theme Spray in the center flanked by 2 sprays in your color choice and your year of graduation. Assembly required.

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
