STEP 1 - Base Color
* Select the number and color of the candles for your celebration. Choose the finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base accented with Movie Theme Ribbon around the edges. Included are a large Clapboard, Film Reel and Jumbo Film Strip.

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
