Tip: Select a different color for your letters so they will stand out from the base.

STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors
Choose the glitter finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base. Then select the ribbon for the edge trim. Your choice of Hockey Player color and Star color will complete the selections for the base. Make your color selections in the dropdown boxes above.
Select 14 candle holders or 16 holders for $1.00 extra (candles not included).

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
