STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors
Choose the finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base accented with Silver Crystal Ribbon around the edges. Adding a Silver 16 Heart, 2 Silver Slippers, 3 Strands of iridescent Beads and a Butterfly will finish your design.
