*Select the number and color of the candles for your celebration. Choose the glitter finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base. Then select the ribbon for the edge trim. Your choice of 2 foil colors for poufs on each end and the color for the 2 comedy/tragedy masks complete your selections.
