Tip: Select a different color for your letters so they will stand out from the base.

STEP 1 - Base Color
Choose the finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base accented with ribbon around the edges. Includes Blue Waves, Shells, Starfish, Sunglasses and foil accents.
Select 14 candle holders or 16 holders for $1.00 extra (candles not included). Approx. dimensions: 36"w x 8"
Assembly required.

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
