An 8 inch foamcore basketball is featured on the bottom Glamour Base with ribbon trim. * Choose your colors for the foil poufs and star garland that spirals up to the 2nd tier. A Basketball Player in your color selection is mounted on the top. Players are solid colored but are easy to dress up with a marker as shown. Seven mini basketballs finish the design. Assembly required.
