STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors
* Select the number and color of candles for your celebration. Choose the glitter finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base. Then select the ribbon for the edge trim. Your choice of Player color and Star color will complete the selections for the base. Make your color selections in the dropdown boxes above.
