STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors
Choose the glitter finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base. Then select the ribbon for the edge trim. Your choice of Player color and Star color will complete the selections for the base. Make your color selections in the dropdown boxes above.
Select 14 candle holders or 16 holders for $1.00 extra (candles not included). Approx. dimensions: 36"w x 8"
