*Choose the foil colors for you to make the poufs paired with Lace Cellophane that will surround a Silver 25th cut-out with a cracked ice finish on both sides. Adding 3 mylar sprays and "25" theme sprigs will complete your design.

Assembly required.

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.

The basic tools you will need are scissors, glue gun and spray adhesive (or rubber cement). Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
